​At DPT Antwerp (short for Diamanti Per Tutti), we design affordable demi-fine diamond jewelry for everyday wear, making luxury accessible to everyone. Diamond enthusiasts are welcome on our (soon to be re-launched) website, in one of our stores (from Antwerp to Hong Kong), or at one of our premium jewelry resellers. From cruises across the Caribbean and Mediterranean seas, airports from Mauritius to Dallas, and department stores in London and Madrid, we are sparking brilliant confidence worldwide.

To help us further expand our award-winning brand, we are looking for a junior community marketer to create engaging digital storytelling that will grow our community — bringing our brilliant world to life.

ABOUT YOU:

You are passionate about building genuine connections and engaging communities. You have a deep understanding of social media platforms and digital engagement strategies. With a love for storytelling, you are a skilled communicator — both in written and visual formats. Your middle name might as well be “metrics maniac”, “social media butterfly” or “aesthetic aficionado” – or all of the above.

As a Junior Community Marketer at DPT Antwerp, you will:

• Come up with creative ideas and create killer content for social media that reflects our brand values and supports interaction within our community. Always ready to jump on the latest trends and on the lookout for new must-follow profiles and influencers to collaborate with. A new trend on TikTok? You don’t mind encouraging your shy millennial colleagues to join the party.

• Manage and grow our online community across social media platforms, ensuring meaningful connections with our followers. You love to connect and are happy to respond to community inquiries, comments, and feedback — maintaining our brand's positive and supportive voice.

• Monitor social media trends, analyze engagement, and implement strategies to foster brand loyalty. Guided by our digital marketer, you’ll create compelling content for social media advertising that supports marketing campaigns and product launches.

• Work closely with the marketing team to organize community-driven campaigns, in-store events, and collaborations that encourage user-generated content and bring our community closer — both online and in real life. You don’t mind stepping away from your desk from time to time; to roll up your sleeves and get down and sparkly. 

• Help organize shoots by brainstorming about concepts and sourcing on-brand props. You’re in charge of managing product and lifestyle photography for our webshop with our photographers. On shoot days, you and your phone are charged and set to record the entire shebang for backstage looks and entertaining reels.

• Canva is your favorite tool and if you have skills in Photoshop, InDesign, or video editing, that definitely wouldn’t hurt your chances. Your help will be appreciated during busy times to update presentations and artwork for posters.

• Your written English is fluent. If you have knowledge of any other language like Dutch, French, or even Spanish then you should show it off in your motivational letter. You will need it for captions, catching campaign taglines, and the occasional blog post.

• You have a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Media and are eager to learn and develop more practical skills in the wonderful world of marketing and fashion.
