What is covered in the warranty?

DPT Antwerp stands for high-quality jewelry, carefully handcrafted with the most precious materials and care. We therefore confidently offer a 2-year global warranty on all manufacturing defects.

 

What’s covered? If your treasure has a hiccup due to an (unlikely) manufacturing issue, we’ll repair or replace it, free of charge, and take care of the shipping. We’ve got your diamonds covered from start to finish.

 

Bonus perk: need a cleaning or replating boost within the warranty period? One replating is on the house. Just make sure your jewelry makes its way to a DPT service point (because shipping is not included). A little patience, though – replating might take 4-8 weeks.


What's not covered?

Regular wear and tear or damage from misuse. Gold-plated silver jewelry naturally loses its luster over time, especially when exposed to perfumes, lotions, or cleaning detergents. But don’t worry – we’ve got your back with free cleaning and one free replating service within the 2-year warranty period (see previous point). So, you can keep rocking your favorite pieces, even after life gives them a little extra “character”.

 

Outside of the warranty, we still take care of your jewelry and will present you, upfront and in all transparency, the cost involved (including all shipping costs).


How do I request a repair?

You can visit our service atelier at any DPT store, no matter where the purchase was made. Alternatively, you can make a repair request online, and we contact you to guide you with the next steps.

What if I purchased from a reseller?

​ When a purchase of DPT jewelry was made at a reseller, please contact the reseller first for servicing. If they are unable to provide the assistance you need, feel free to reach out to our service atelier for personal guidance or request a repair online.
