Within our 2-year warranty, we offer free repairs due to all product issues as a result of a manufacturing flaw. Even outside of the warranty, we still take care of your DPT jewelry for a small fee (we don't take any additional margin). You can visit our service atelier at any DPT store, no matter where the purchase was made, or request a repair below and mail us your jewelry. After consulting with our team of expert silversmiths, we make a repair recommendation for you to consider. As we encourage investing in high-quality lifetime pieces as part of a conscious sustainable lifestyle, we will always push to salvage and restore, before recycling.
